Vassilis Petsas / Msc Civil Engineer
I am a Civil Engineer. I graduated from the Imperial College of London in 2001 with a Master degree in Earthquake Engineering and Structural Dynamics. From 2001 to 2004 I worked as a Civil Engineer-Structural Engineer in the bridge construction company DOMI OE, participating in the study of the most emblematic bridge construction projects in Greece such as the Rio-AntiRio bridge, the bridges of Egnatia Road, Pireos avenue, bridge Tithorea-Domokos etc. In 2004 I joined the family construction & development business and to date I have built dozens of apartment buildings in Halandri and the area of Zografou. The style of my works is dictated by simple lines and modern technologies, such as the Smart Home technology. My goal is the smooth harmonization of the buildings in the urban landscape, as well as security, sustainability, economy and maximum possible exploitation of the customer’s investment.
Mania Grigoraki
Mania studied architecture at the National Technical University of Athens and has been working as an Architectural Engineer since 1991. Working through her own architectural office, she gained great experience in creating modern homes emphasizing on technical solutions, functionality, aesthetics and optimal use of the environment, facilitating its customers to create their own private space. She has excellent knowledge of the legal construction framework. She has created more than 30 houses, either newly built or reconstructed, in the wide area of Attica with an emphasis on the Athens Riviera. She has collaborated with large technical companies, signing residential complexes of special aesthetics in Voula, Glyfada, Varkiza. Elliniko, Faliro and Halandri. She has been distinguished in Hellenic architectural competitions, winning numerous awards and praises.
Rafaella Nikou
Rafaella completed her studies in architecture in 2018 in the Polytechnic University of Crete. Since 2015, in parallel with her studies, she worked for a real estate development company in Crete where she gained valuable experience in design and in 3D photorealistic rendering and in material selection for residencies and commercial spaces. With passion for design, innovation and aesthetics, she experiments and designs projects that fit contemporary customer needs.
Polychronis Roussakis
Polychronis is a Civil Engineer, from the National Technical University of Athens and has been working as a structural engineer since 1990. He has many years of experience in large-scale projects, such as OTE, Athens Metro, Egnatia Odos and the New Acropolis Museum, among others. As a structural engineer, he has been working on the safety of buildings in both urban and industrial fields, for more than 30 years, while for the last 20 years he has also been working as a construction consultant in the field of statics in large construction projects.
George Mercouris
George is a Mechanical Engineer, a graduate of the National Technical University of Athens and works as a researcher of electromechanical projects. For more than 23 years he has been specializing in energy-saving projects, through his own company, proposing and applying best practices of energy saving systems in large projects. He has long experience in energy design
and inspection of buildings, in matters of electromechanical energy saving.

The team of Dodecadroom Studio, Iulia Nesterova and Dimitris Avramopoulos are specialized in the field of interior design with extensive experience both in Greece and abroad, in public and private projects. They specialize in interior design with a focus on perfect ergonomics and hospitable comfort.
